Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CouldBe, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

CouldBe is a 14-day daily execution platform for solo digital entrepreneurs. We provide structured daily prompts, AI-assisted guidance, quizzes, and progress tracking through the website at couldbe.app and the application at app.couldbe.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CouldBe. By signing in, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You sign in via Google. You're responsible for protecting your Google account.
• You must use your real name and a current email address.
• One person, one account.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use CouldBe for anything illegal or harmful
• Attempt to bypass quiz mechanics, day unlock rules, or premium gates
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Submit content that's hateful, harassing, or violates anyone's rights
• Share your account with others or sell access
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content

5. Content you create

The reflections, descriptive responses, and other content you write within CouldBe remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g., AI-evaluated feedback). We don't claim ownership of your work.

6. Premium subscription

• Free tier: 3 full 14-day courses + basic AI features.
• Premium ($29/month): unlimited courses + advanced AI features.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings — your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we'll honor refund requests in good faith for technical issues that prevented you from using the Service.
• Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Course content and AI

Course content is provided for educational and motivational purposes. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. CouldBe does not guarantee outcomes — your results depend on your effort. Don't rely on the Service for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google, Stripe, Resend, and other providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.

9. Termination

You can stop using CouldBe at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We'll attempt to notify you before termination unless immediate action is necessary.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific goals.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CouldBe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the UAE, except where local law requires otherwise.

14. Amazon Associates disclosure

CouldBe is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click an Amazon product link from CouldBe (e.g. on our Tools / Gear pages) and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we'd actually use ourselves. Prices shown are approximate at the time of writing and may vary.
